Information we collect

• A random device identifier stored in a cookie, so we can save the logos you create and apply fair-use limits. This is not linked to your real identity.
• The logos you generate, and the choices, brand name and slogan you enter to create them.
• Basic, anonymous usage analytics, which may include an approximate country and which steps were viewed.
• Your email address, only if you subscribe to our newsletter or send us a message.

How we use your information

• To provide the service and let you view and re-download your own logos.
• To understand and improve how the tool is used.
• To respond to your messages and, if you opted in, to send you occasional updates.

AI processing

To create your logo, the text prompt built from your choices is sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Google Gemini). Please review that provider policies for how they handle data.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies for the device identifier and fair-use limits. If analytics or advertising scripts are enabled, they may set their own cookies.

Data retention

We keep your generated logos and related data for as long as needed to provide the service. You can contact us to request deletion.

Your choices

You can clear your browser cookies at any time, unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in our emails, or contact us to request that your data be removed.

Children

MakeLogoNow is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
